Application/Dosage
OXY - FOG (PRO), added to the collection tank at 500 ppm and vigorously mixed for 20-30 minutes, kickstarts flocculation and coagulation. This prompts immediate sedimentation, resulting in clearer wastewater with reduced FOG and TSS levels. Continuing with regular treatment processes ensures the production of acceptable treated water.
How OXY-FOG (PRO) works:
Enzymes: Oil is generally considered a lipid particle so some enzymes break down the lipid particles and make them into simple form so bacteria can easily degrade the broken lipid particles.
Natural Surfactant: Natural surfactant breaks the bond in lipid particles so it cannot form a sticky scum-like structure and can easily flow with the water. The surfactants we have used are 100 natural in nature and controlled in a manner that it should not form any kind of foaming in the aeration tank.
Bacteria: This Broken lipid particles flow should get degraded in the grease chamber only so we have introduced anaerobic bacteria in it, although all the broken lipids do not degrade in the grease chamber some of them flow to the aeration tank with the flow of sewage and get degraded over there.
When we pour OXY-FOG (PRO) in the Grease chamber:
1) Enzymes immediately start to break bonds of the oil layer present at the top of the grease chamber.
2) Once a hard bond of oil gets broken the bacteria start to rapidly degrade the simple form of oil content present in Grease chamber.
3) Over a span 4-5 days after continuous dosing there is a healthy environment for the degradation of oil content present in the Grease chamber so we can get rid of oil choke-up and smell issues permanently.
4) There is another thing we should take into consideration there will be no sludge in the oil trap chamber. So we cannot maintain a healthy bacterial count in the grease chamber. As no media is present in the Grease chamber to hold bacteria in the Chamber. So we suggest doing regular daily basis dosing in the Grease chamber.
